Limited Warranty Terms & Condition

• 1. Subject to the terms and conditions, the Electric Scent Diffuser (the “Product”) has a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase (“the Warranty Period”).
• 2. You must carefully read and follow all advice for use, security information, the warnings, precautions, instructions whatsoever whether in the manuals enclosed with or affixed to the packaging or of the Product itself for the operation of the Product (“the Guidelines”)
• 3. Original copy of the official purchase receipt must be presented together with the Defective Product when replacement.
• 4. This warranty only applies if the Product is purchased directly from Serge Lutens’ boutiques and counters in Hong Kong only. Please retain an original copy of your purchase receipt for verification purpose.
• 5. This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as refill capsules; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic damage to ports; (c) damage caused by use with third-party components or products; (d) due to accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external causes (e) damage caused by operating the Products not in compliance with the Guidelines; (f) repairs not by Serge Lutens (g) the Product that has been modified; (h) damage caused by normal wear and tear; (i) USB cable, accessories or gifts; (j) Dissatisfaction on the product other than its quality e.g. product color, outlook, shape.; or (k) if any serial number on the Product has been removed or defaced.
• 6. This warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship, subject to your normal and proper installation, use, and service.
• 7. Under the Warranty Period we will provide replacement of defective Product covered by the warranty without charge in Serge Lutens’ boutiques and counters in Hong Kong. Any insurance, handling, transportation charges in respect of the servicing of the Product shall be borne by the Purchaser.
• 8. Replacement of the Product or a part under the warranty does not extend the Warranty Period. To claim replacement, the Purchaser must first return the original Product, including the packaging and accessories, to Serge Lutens, regardless of state and working condition of the Product.
• 9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Serge Lutens and Shiseido Fragrance Division shall be final. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
